百度完成港交所与纳斯达克双重主要上市
IT之家 9 月 1 日消息，百度集团今日在香港联交所发布公告，此前宣布自愿将于香港联交所第二上市地位变更为双重主要上市地位的转换于今日生效。
百度现为于香港联交所及纳斯达克全球精选市场双重主要上市的公司。
根据公告，百度于香港联交所上市的普通股，及于纳斯达克全球精选市场上市的美国存托股，将持续可予转换。
