IT之家 3 月 2 日消息，Anthropic 刚刚在协调世界时 11:49（北京时间 19:49）确认 Claude 出现服务中断现象，影响全球用户。
Anthropic 官方在当地时间 12:06（北京时间 20:06）表示调查仍在进行中，目前用户在网页端、移动端或 API 使用 Claude 时可能遇到请求失败、响应超时或结果不稳定。
截至IT之家发稿，Anthropic 仍未公布预计恢复时间。
