财联社10月26日电，据日本经济新闻当地时间10月26日报道，当日上午，丰田汽车在日本的工厂已全面恢复生产工作。此前，因位于日本爱知县丰田市的零部件工厂发生爆炸事故影响了零部件供应，丰田汽车部分工厂的生产线停工。
