财联社6月22日电，国际半导体产业协会(SEMI)21日表示，由于俄乌战争持续威胁半导体关键特殊气体等原料的供给，全球恐怕到2024年都将持续面临全球芯片短缺的问题，并示警未来晶圆厂大量扩产后的潜在风险。
