【“辣条第一股”卫龙向港交所递交上市申请】11月12日晚间，据港交所文件，卫龙美味全球控股有限公司（以下简称“卫龙”）向港交所递交上市申请。此次卫龙赴港上市并非该公司首次申请上市。在2021年5月12日，卫龙就曾向港交所递交招股书，正式启动IPO，冲击“辣条第一股”。由大摩、瑞银、中金公司担任联席保荐人。
