3月23日，iQOO手机宣布，iQOO Z3将会在3月25日19点发布，同时公布了部分配置信息。
性能方面，iQOO Z3搭载高通骁龙768G处理器，集成5G基带，综合跑分可达45万+。这款新品配备UFS 2.2存储，支持内存融合技术。
iQOO Z3将会采用水滴屏设计，支持120Hz高刷新率，后置为竖向三摄组合。iQOO Z3还将支持55W快充。
