京东在提交给美国SEC的最新文件中表示，将发行总价为10亿美元的债券。其中，10年期债券发行规模为7亿美元，票面利息3.375%，将于2030年到期；30年期债券发行规模为3亿美元，票面利息为4.125%，将于2050年到期。
