36氪获悉，阿里巴巴今日正式在港交所主板开始交易，开盘价报187港元，较176港元的发售价涨幅为6.25%，总市值约4万亿港元，超越此前港股市值之王腾讯控股，目前腾讯控股市值约为3.26万亿港元。算上阿里巴巴B2B业务在2007年香港上市，这已经是阿里巴巴第二次赴港上市。按176港元发售价计算，阿里此次香港上市全球发售募集资金净额约为875.57亿港元。
