凤凰网科技讯（作者/郑媛）9月6日消息，凤凰网科技从官方渠道获悉，网易与阿里巴巴已宣布达成战略合作，阿里巴巴集团以20亿美元全资收购网易旗下跨境电商平台考拉。同时，阿里巴巴作为领投方参与了网易云音乐此轮7亿美元的融资。
