钛媒体6月13日消息，天眼查数据显示，6月11日，深圳摩拜信息技术有限公司发生工商变更，胡玮炜不再担任法定代表人及总经理，由李洋接任。监事由刘禹变更为高杰。公司实际控制人、最终受益人仍为mobike （HongKong）Limited。
