在12月7日的外交部例行记者会上，有记者问及华为CFO孟晚舟的国籍问题。新闻发言人耿爽表示，案件细节无法提供，但有一点可以明确的是，按照《中华人民共和国国籍法》，孟晚舟是中国公民。（北青报记者赵萌）
