TCL华星10.8亿美元收购苏州三星8.5代线
36氪获悉，今日，TCL科技发布公告称，旗下TCL华星以10.8亿美元（约76.22亿元人民币）收购苏州三星电子液晶显示科技有限公司60%的股权，及苏州三星显示有限公司100%的股权。
